Habitat for Humanity Riverside, in partnership with the California Department of Veterans Affairs and the City of Jurupa Valley, is accepting applications for our “Victory Village at Jurupa Valley,” featuring 26 energy-efficient, single-family homes dedicated to veterans and their families. 🏘️💙

✅ To qualify, applicants must:

1️⃣ Be a U.S. Veteran with an Honorable Discharge (DD214), Active Service Member, or
Surviving Spouse (as defined by CalVet)
2️⃣ Live or work in Riverside County
3️⃣ Be a first-time homebuyer or have not owned a home in the last 3 years
4️⃣ Be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
5️⃣ Have satisfactory credit
6️⃣ Demonstrate the ability to pay a mortgage, down payment, and closing costs
