What a great weekend for Chapter 21-1!

About 15 of our members headed to Springfield, Missouri for the Region 6 Meeting. It was a great opportunity to get together with fellow CVMA members from across the region, enjoy some camaraderie with our own chapter members and build new friendships. We also got to check out the huge Route 66 Car Show & Fest happening just down the road on the University campus.

It was a great weekend filled with good times, great people, and plenty of memories! 🤘🏍️🇺🇸

Today, a few of our Chapter members had the opportunity to tour the War Horses for Veterans facility in Stilwell, Kansas. What an awesome place and an even more amazing mission!

War Horses for Veterans empowers combat veterans and first responders to heal, reconnect, and rediscover purpose through horsemanship, leadership, and personal growth. Their programs focus on building trust, resilience, confidence, and a strong sense of community—all at no cost to those who participate.

We are proud to support this outstanding organization as the beneficiary of the proceeds from our Auxiliary Mardi Gras Masquerade on August 22!

🎭 If you’d like to attend and support this incredible cause, let us know—we still have tickets available! Every ticket helps make a difference in the lives of our veterans and first responders.

What an incredible weekend at the 2026 CVMA Kansas State Meeting! 🇺🇸🏍️

The weekend kicked off Friday night with a Bike Night at The Dugout in Topeka—an awesome way to catch up with friends, meet new faces, and enjoy the evening together.

A huge thank you to CVMA Chapter 21-4 for hosting this year’s State Meeting. It was great to reconnect with our Kansas brothers and sisters while also welcoming members from Texas, Colorado, Oklahoma, Nebraska, and Iowa. What an amazing turnout!

One of the best parts of CVMA is the opportunity to spend time with fellow veterans—sharing stories, riding together, strengthening old friendships, and making new ones. Weekends like this are a great reminder of what “Vets Helping Vets” is all about.

Until next time, ride safe!

Today, our CVMA Chapter came together for our Ride for the Fallen to honor and remember the brothers we have lost. Though they are no longer riding beside us, they will always remain a part of our chapter and our hearts.

This ride is a reminder that we are more than a motorcycle association—we are family. We stand by one another through the good times and the hard times, always looking out for our brothers and sisters and never forgetting those who came before us. It’s a reminder that no one should ever have to face life’s battles alone.

After the ride, we gathered at Milford Lake for our chapter picnic, enjoying great food, laughter, and the camaraderie that makes this chapter so special. Days like today remind us why we ride, why we serve, and why we continue to live our motto: “Vets Helping Vets.”

Today we honored our brother, Tiny, with a final ride. It was an incredible show of respect as CVMA chapters from across the state came together to es**rt him on his last journey.

Rest easy, Brother. Your watch is over. You will never be forgotten.

What an incredible way to celebrate the 4th of July! 🇺🇸

Today, our CVMA chapter built an amazing float and participated in the Junction City parade (rain couldn’t stop us) and then in the afternoon we rode in the Wamego parade.

Thank you to everyone who came out to the parades and to those who built the float. We appreciate all of our members who volunteered their time and effort to make today a success.

Happy 250th from our CVMA family! 🇺🇸🏍️
