Commencement Exercises held for the Class of 2026 at Holy Trinity Orthodox Seminary
On June 14, 2026, the 2nd Sunday after Pentecost commemorating All Saints who have shone forth in the Russian Land, Holy Trinity Orthodox Seminary held commencement exercises at the conclusion of its 78th academic year. The day began with a Hierarchal Divine Liturgy celebrated by His Grace, Bishop LUKE of Syracuse, Abbot of Holy Trinity Monastery and Rector of the Seminary.
Archpriest Gregory Joyce, D.Min., Dean of the Pastoral School of the Diocese of Chicago and Mid-America, delivered the Commencement Address entitled “The Son of Man Came not to be Ministered Unto, but to Minister”.
Our 2026 B.Th. graduates include: John Kurr, Gregory Naasko, Dario Rancic, Rev. Fr. Noah Reeves, and Nicholas Thomas.
Our 2026 M.Div. graduates include: Rev. Hieromonk Ignatius (Matzchlke-Brull) and Subdeacon Marko Pavlovic.
Our 2026 C.T.S. (Certificate in Theological Studies - Independent Study) Program graduates included: Reverend Deacon Georgii Bolsham, Reverend Deacon John Daily, Michael Petrerson, John Shelby, and Reverend Father Isaac Weaver. (Of our 5 CTS graduates, Deacon John Daily was present on campus to receive his certificate.)
