Highland Community Library Our mission is to empower our community by providing opportunities to connect, discover, and thrive. *Masks are now optional for vaccinated patrons.

We ask that unvaccinated patrons continue to mask up for the safety of our staff and our youngest community members.*

HCL is a member of the Cambria County Library System and offers a wide array of materials and services. Our services include:

- After-hours book drop
- Book discussion groups for adults and teens
- Coin-operated photocopier
- Interlibrary Loan
- 10 Public Computers & Printing Services
- Readers' Advisory
- Toddler Time and Baby Time weekly story hours
- Summer Learning Program

Saturday Morning Stories is back! Join Mr. D on Saturday, October 3rd, from 10 - 11 AM for a fun morning of stories, songs, activities and a light snack. The program is recommended for children ages 5 and under, but older siblings are welcome to attend.
