Highland Community Library Our mission is to empower our community by providing opportunities to connect, discover, and thrive. *Masks are now optional for vaccinated patrons.

We ask that unvaccinated patrons continue to mask up for the safety of our staff and our youngest community members.*

HCL is a member of the Cambria County Library System and offers a wide array of materials and services. Our services include:

Join us for SummerQuest: Teen-Rex Takeover! This summer, teens take over the library! Every other Tuesday (and one Friday), patrons aged 12-18 are invited to the library after hours to hang out and explore dino-themed crafts and activities. Check out our Events tab for more information!

Note to parents: teen programs are drop-off only. In the interest of respecting teens' independence and space, adults do not participate in our teen programming.
