Johnstown is now a proud "Bee City USA" the first city to receive that designation in all of Western Pennsylvania. The project is the work of one of the Chamber's John B. Gunter leadership teams. Bee City's focus is on protecting pollinators through creating habitats, reducing pesticide use and educating the public. One in every three bites you eat is thanks to a pollinator, so it is an important effort!
