We celebrated the opening of The Strength Lab in Richland today with a ribbon cutting.

This new fitness center offers a full gym, personal training, sports performance training, fitness classes, infrared saunas, a cold plunge, pickleball courts, and batting cages, creating a unique space focused on strength, wellness, and performance. 

Congratulations to owners Kristy and Rusty. We wish you great success with this exciting new venture.
