Moxham Renaissance Our mission:

To maintain, preserve, and enhance the Moxham community, its livability, and its historic significance.

Our goals:

1) Encourage citizens and businesses to be more active in monitoring the neighborhood;
2) Improve the perception of Moxham in order to attract and retain community-minded individuals;
3) Open lines of communication between residents and the Johnstown City government;
4) Provide a forum for community discussion;
5) Sponsor special community projects and activities at the Russell House.
