A highlight of this week’s Missouri Chamber Foundation Board meeting was hearing from CoxHealth leaders and Industry-Driven Healthcare Apprenticeship Program graduates about the life-changing impact of registered apprenticeships. 🩺 🚑

More than 1,300 apprentices have been served through IDHAP and we're not done yet!

🏥 The Missouri Chamber Foundation recently held a press conference to recognize Sen. Roy Blunt, CoxHealth, and Ozarks Technical Community College for their leadership in our Industry-Driven Healthcare Apprenticeship Program that has trained more than 1,300 health care apprentices across Missouri.

This partnership is helping build a stronger health care workforce and creating new career opportunities for Missourians.

As we wrap up a great week of Show-Me Careers St. Louis, we’re grateful for the educators, employers, and partners who helped bring career pathways to life.

Show-Me Careers is a partnership between the Missouri Chamber Foundation, Regional Business Council and the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. It connects educators with Missouri employers to strengthen career awareness and workforce readiness opportunities for students.

Through employer tours, hands-on experiences, and conversations with industry leaders, participants gained valuable insights they can take back to their students and classrooms.
