A few highlights from the Transformational Housing third quarter family gathering. Two residents were recognized for their leadership and contributions to others, to start the school year off on the right foot the children received new sling bags and socks, birthdays were recognized. Most importantly, this was an opportunity for this community of people to gather and share fellowship.

Recently, Bunnie was named into the 2025 Missouri Realtors Honor Society for her leadership, professional development and ongoing commitment to the community she serves.

There is no greater reward than seeing our residents grow, heal, and live with purpose. Every milestone, every smile, and every step forward reminds us that this work truly makes a difference.

We were blessed to be part of two meaningful community events this week.
On Wednesday evening, we joined fellow organizations for a prayer service, lifting up our unhoused neighbors and our city leaders as we continue to hope and pray for a permanent shelter resource center in our community.
Today, we had the privilege of participating in the groundbreaking ceremony for the Moreau Valley Apartments. This important project represents a significant step toward providing quality, affordable housing for families in Jefferson City.
