NAMI Peer-to-Peer is a FREE, 8-session education course for adults who have experienced symptoms of a mental health condition.

NAMI Peer-to-Peer is a safe, confidential space. The course provides an opportunity for mutual support and growth. Experience compassion and understanding from people who relate to your experiences. This is a place to learn more about recovery in an accepting environment. NAMI Peer-to-Peer helps you: Set a vision and goals for the future, Partner with health care providers, Develop confidence for making decisions, Practice relaxation and stress reduction tools, Share your story, Strengthen relationships, Enhance communication skills, Learn about mental health treatment options🤝

Course Details:
🗓️Date: Weekly on Mondays starting Oct. 5 & ends Nov. 23
⏰Time: @6:30pm-9:00pm CT
📍Location: Virtual via Zoom

Our NEW NAMI Connections Support Group for Veterans is starting this Wednesday, September 2nd!🤩🇺🇸

This is a FREE, VIRTUAL support group is for veterans who have experienced symptoms of a mental health condition.

NAMI Connection Support Groups are free, peer-led support groups for people living with mental illness. Participants gain insight from hearing the challenges and successes of others facing similar circumstances, and the groups are led by NAMI-trained facilitators who have lived experience🤝

Group Details:
🗓️Dates: Monthly on the 1st Wednesdays Starting Sept. 2nd
⏰Time: 6:30pm-8:00pm CT
