Festus, Grandview and Fox Schools joined us Friday for a day of bowling competition in Jefferson County! Athletes bowled their best and made new friends, and we're thankful for the volunteer support from Festus High School!

🎃 Halloween Workout in Grain Valley at Upward Performancd: We brought the Halloween spirit to our workout with movement, laughs, and plenty of spooky fun! Nothing like getting a little sweat in while celebrating the season! 👻💪

🩺 SLU PT Student-Led Fun in Wentzville at Freedom Fitness: Our athletes had the opportunity to learn, move, and grow alongside SLU physical therapy students! Building confidence, encouraging healthy habits, and making movement meaningful, one experience at a time! 💙🙌
