Open house for Realtors! Go by and view these new house builds. I just got one under contract! Mya was wonderful to work with. Great price point for a new house and close to all amenities.

We would like to congratulate these 2026 WAAR Founders Scholarship WINNERS:
Ethan Hendon and Grady Guyton!

This scholarship was first awarded in 2019, as a way to Honor Tommy Simmons, one of our founders. Tommy loved children and the world of Real Estate. What better way to honor him than to continue his legacy and create this scholarship, which is awarded to a child or grandchild of an active REALTOR member each year.

Please give a hand for our two winners!
