The Healing House is preparing to host its first Community Ladies Dinner, 🧡 A Place at the Table: An Autumn Dinner 🧡 and we would love for a community partner to help us create a warm, welcoming autumn ambiance!

We’re looking for a local business, individual, or community partner willing to loan or donate decorative pumpkins and beautiful fall mums!

These items will create a beautiful setting throughout the entrance, check-in area, outdoor food service area, and photo-op.

What’s in it for our sponsor? We want to celebrate your generosity! In appreciation, The Healing House will recognize our sponsors through event advertising and social media features following the dinner, including event photography.

What's The Healing House? We'd love to explain!

The Healing House is a community-centered nonprofit dedicated to bringing people together through care, creativity, and connection. We believe everyone deserves a place to belong, opportunities to learn and grow, and access to resources that support a healthy quality of life.

We believe balance is key to health and well-being. Our desire is to create a space where everyone is welcomed, accepted, and respected—a place where people are seen, supported, educated, and given opportunities they may not otherwise have. We believe in community and collaborations working together to unite people with opportunities.

We believe meaningful support begins with being seen and valued through genuine, one-on-one relationships. We believe inspiration grows when we discover the purpose within us and share it with the world around us.

Through our three core programs, we bring people together, nurture growth, and create opportunities to thrive.

1- 🌳 BE Well | Behavioral + Emotional Wellness
Counseling that supports the mind, spirit, emotions, behaviors, and relationships. We recognize that well-being involves more than one part of who we are, and we strive to support the whole person through compassionate care and meaningful connection.

📅 Appointments available Tuesday and Thursday afternoons and Saturday mornings.

2- 🔥 F.L.A.M.E.S. Integrated Arts Leadership | Grades 6–12
A place for students to discover their gifts, develop their voices, and grow into purposeful leaders. Through small-group community circles, leadership education, emotional intelligence, self-regulation, mentorship from skilled community collaborators, arts experiences, and community service, students build skills and relationships that help them lead, serve, and make a difference in themselves and community around them.

3- 🩰 THH Dance & Movement | Ages 3–18
Dance and movement classes open to all, with a primary focus on supporting children and teens currently or formerly in foster care. Classes help participants build strength and flexibility, improve balance and coordination, develop focus and discipline, grow in confidence and self-expression, and nurture physical and emotional well-being. We strive to create access to meaningful experiences, encouragement, and opportunities every child deserves.

Often life asks so much of us. Days are spent caring for others, tending to responsibilities, and showing up wherever we’re needed.
