F5 Project - Minot hosted its monthly Re-Entry Supper last night. Thank you, Wade for sharing your story!
Last night at our Reentry & Connection Meal, we had the privilege of hearing from Wade Duchaine, who shared a powerful story of family, addiction, criminal justice involvement, and ultimately, redemption.
Wade spoke openly about being involved in the criminal justice system from the age of 13 and how addiction became deeply rooted in his family and his life. But his story didnโt end there.
Today, Wadeโs focus is simple but powerful: being a good dad, being a good person, and giving back to the community he once felt lost in through criminal activity and addiction.
His story was a beautiful reminder that reentry is about so much more than coming home. Itโs about reconnecting. Rebuilding relationships. Finding purpose. And becoming part of a community again.
Wade did an incredible job reminding us that people are more than their past, and that change is possible when someone is given the opportunity, support, and connection to create something different.
Thank you, Wade, for sharing your story and for reminding us why these conversations matter. โค๏ธ
Your past may be part of your story, but it does not have to be the end of it.
