Our Community needs you!!

We currently are seeking 1 or 2 Homeowners to join our Covenants Enforcement Committee (CEC). You must be a 'Homeowner' and not in default on your HOA Annual Dues. You also must be willing to attend Monthly HOA Board Meetings as well as CEC meetings; when deemed necessary.

SJRWMD declared Phase II Water Shortage

Important Notice &
Irrigation Restrictions

JEA Effeciency Assement
The St. Johns River Water Management District (SJRWMD) has declared a Phase II Water Shortage due to prolonged dry conditions in our region. This means outdoor water use is being restricted to help protect our community’s water supplies and the health of local rivers, lakes, and aquifers.

What This Means for You

Landscape irrigation is limited to one day a week for customers until further notice. Confirm your watering day.
Wasteful and unnecessary water use is prohibited.
Aesthetic uses of water are prohibited.
Utilities accelerate system-level water conservation measures to manage demand.

Check and reset irrigation timers to run only on your designated day.

Inspect sprinkler systems for leaks or misaligned heads.

Avoid watering during the heat of the day to reduce evaporation.
Thank you for doing your part to help protect our local water supply.
