🚨 URGENT: ROCKO NEEDS A FOSTER IMMEDIATELY. (JACKSON, MS AREA)🚨

We are in a very difficult situation and desperately need help for this sweet boy.

Rocko is a 2-year-old Old English Bulldog who came into our rescue after his owner was incarcerated. He is incredibly sweet, mellow and affectionate. He loves to swim, cuddle and follow his people around like a shadow. ❤️

We had a foster to adopt home lined up for Rocko, but unfortunately, it did not work out. We now need a foster immediately.

This would be for 6–8 weeks at most, and we provide everything he needs, including food and medical care. We simply cannot afford boarding, so finding him a foster is extremely urgent.

The good news is that a northern rescue has already committed to taking Rocko once he finishes his heartworm treatment if we do not find a local home for him during that 6–8 week period. We just need someone to give him a safe place to land in the meantime.

If you can open your home to Rocko, please message our page or fill out our foster form: www.rrofms.org/foster

Even if you cannot foster, please share this post. We are incredibly grateful for every person who helps us find a safe place for dogs like Rocko. ❤️🐾

🚨 ROCKO & YOKO NEED FOSTER HOMES BY FRIDAY 🚨

A few days ago, we were asked to take in three Old English Bulldogs after their owner was incarcerated out of state. They were facing a kill shelter, and we just couldn’t let that happen.

Two of these sweet babies, Rocko & Yoko, still desperately need foster homes. They are being spayed/neutered Friday and need somewhere safe and comfortable to go by Friday afternoon.

💙 Rocko, 2, is a mellow, affectionate boy who loves to swim, cuddle and follow you around like a shadow.

💗 Yoko, 5, is his sweet, laid-back mama. She loves people, children, other dogs and, of course, swimming!

They have been with a board member for a few days now, and they mostly want to watch TV, nap and be loved. We provide everything for our fosters, including food, medical care and supplies. All they need from you is a safe place to stay and some love.

If you might be able to open your home to Rocko or Yoko, please message us or fill out our foster application at www.rrofms.org/foster.

We are also incredibly grateful for any donations toward their veterinary care. Both are heartworm positive and have quite a bit of medical care ahead of them. A donation link is included below.

Please keep these two in your thoughts, share their story and help us find them a foster home by Friday. We are so grateful for every person who helps us give dogs like these a second chance. ❤️🐾

UPDATE ON BOTTLE BABIES - Right now, one of our board members has them and we are trying to get them stabilized. When we first got them yesterday, they were not doing well. The little runt ended up passing away at the ER last night, so there are 5 left. We are going to give it a few days to get them a little stronger before sending them to other bottle feeder fosters. Thank you to all who have offered to bottle feed and have donated. Formula and vet care are very expensive, so it helps more than you know. More updates to come......

‼️EMERGENCY BOTTLE FEEDER FOSTERS NEEDED FOR BOXER MIX BABIES ‼️

We are racing against the clock to save six newborn Boxer mix puppies. Their mama, a registered Boxer, and two of their littermates passed away during delivery this weekend. The owner is not able to handle bottle babies, so she is surrendering them. These tiny babies are now orphaned and cannot survive without immediate bottle feeder fosters.

Rescue Revolution of Mississippi will provide all supplies and medical care, and we can place puppies in pairs if needed. Without foster homes, these puppies will not live.

Our rescue account is depleted after our last intake, and we urgently need donations for formula, feeding supplies, and veterinary care. Every contribution, no matter the amount, gives these precious babies a chance.

🚨URGENT FOSTERS NEEDED🚨

We were contacted about a heartbreaking situation and we are running out of time.

Six dogs have been left behind at an abandoned rental house after their owner moved away. They’ve been fending for themselves, and the landlord has now said he wants them gone immediately and has threatened to shoot them. A kind neighbor has been stopping by every day to feed them and begged for time to find help. Law enforcement has not offered a solution that saves their lives.

These girls are sweet, friendly, and just want love. There are seven total, all female, mostly young, one small and five medium sized. They do not deserve this ending. We want to step in and save them, but we cannot do it without fosters. We do not have the funds to board them. Without safe places for them to go, we cannot rescue them.

Opening your home to even one of these innocent dogs saves a life. We will provide food, vet care, crates, and anything you need. You just provide a safe place and some love until permanent placement or a Northern rescue can be found.

Once we have fosters in place and can bring them into our care, we will get each dog to the vet and share updates on their medical needs. Donations will be needed at that point to help cover their care as we move forward.

Please message us immediately if you can foster.

Time is not on their side. Please help us save these pups by stepping up to foster 🐾

We are so thankful to Sabrina and our friends at Camp Bow Wow Ridgeland for showing our rescue pups some extra love this Valentine’s month.💕

Right now, several of the dogs in our care are facing ongoing medical needs, and vet bills have stretched us thin. Because of limited funds and foster homes, we’ve had to pause taking in new dogs who desperately need help — and that’s the hardest part of rescue.

This fundraiser helps us continue saying “yes” to the ones who need us most.

If you’ve ever trusted Camp Bow Wow with your own pup, you know how much they truly care. They’re a wonderful place for your dogs to stay when you’re away, and we’re grateful they always support local rescues.

If you can give, even a small amount makes a difference. If you can’t, please share. Every bit of support helps these sweet dogs get the care they need and deserve.

‼️FOUND IN FONDREN NEAR UMMC LAST NIGHT ‼️

PLEASE SHARE

Jackson, MS: This very sweet pup was picked up by a Good Samaritan near UMMC in Fondren last night. He is friendly towards people and non reactive towards other dogs. He is also very loving. Looks to be around a year old. Please call 601-720-3212 if you recognize this dog.

The finder is not able to keep him with her past today, so a foster is desperately needed immediately. Please message our page if you can foster temporarily. We will provide everything he needs.

Please share to help us try to find his owner.

Thank you! ❤️🐾

🎄 Merry Holidays from Rescue Revolution of Mississippi 🎄

Today is a day filled with love, family, warmth, and hope. But for the dogs in our care, the holidays look a little different.

Right now, Rescue Revolution of Mississippi is caring for 8 very special dogs. Most are older adults, many with special needs, ongoing medical conditions, and a few who are hospice fosters. These are the dogs that are so often overlooked. The ones who have already known loss, neglect, abandonment, and heartbreak… yet still wag their tails, still trust, and still love. Some of these seniors have been with us for years. They are part of our family.

Because of boarding costs, emergency vet visits, medications, special diets, and routine care, our bank account has been completely depleted. We are struggling just to keep up with the basics — monthly medications, heartworm and flea prevention, annual vaccinations, and much-needed senior wellness check-ups that are now past due simply because we cannot afford them.

💔 This is one of the hardest posts we’ve ever had to write.

We don’t want to close.
We don’t want to say no.
But we cannot responsibly take in more innocent, homeless, neglected dogs without funds to care for the ones who already depend on us.

If we are going to continue our mission into the New Year — and be here to save lives in 2026 and beyond — we need help from our community.

✨ Every single dollar matters.
A $20 donation helps cover medications.
It helps provide food, vaccines, heartworm prevention, flea control, and comfort for dogs who have nowhere else to go.

We are a small rescue with a very big heart, and the calls for help never stop. It breaks us every day to say no — but without resources, our hands are tied. If you are able, please consider donating or sharing this post. Your support truly keeps our doors open and our dogs safe.

This Christmas, please help us continue being a lifeline for the dogs who need us most. From our hearts — and theirs — thank you for standing with Rescue Revolution of Mississippi. ❤️🐾
