Sometimes small things can make a big difference in whether a child feels like they belong.

The McAdams Wishing Well is a fund of the Ipswich Education Foundation that gives educators at all four Ipswich schools access to resources to help meet student needs as they come up.

We raise money to fund educator ideas that go beyond what the school budget can provide. And there are many ways to be part of it:

Our friends at ZUMI'S Espresso & Ice Cream have been longtime supporters of the Ipswich Education Foundation, and we're grateful for their continued generosity.

Zumi's donated a portion of sales from its Lhotse coffee blend, raising $500 to support sustainability initiatives that benefit our schools and the Ipswich community.

A special thank you to owners Umesh and Zillie for helping us inspire the next generation of environmental stewards.

Thank you to Ipswich Recycles and Composts and everyone who donated electronics at this year's collection event!

Because of the Ipswich Waste Reduction Committee's partnership and our town's participation, nearly $4,000 was raised for the Ipswich Education Foundation. These funds will help provide scholarships for Ipswich students pursuing post-secondary education in sustainability.

Congratulations to our two 2026 scholarship recipients!

The Sustainability Scholarship was given to Jack Miller, who is going to the University of Denver, majoring in mechanical engineering. He hopes to work in building sustainable technology to make a positive impact on the environment.

The Athletics Scholarship was given to Kameya Perron, who is going to Ithaca College pursuing a 6-year B.S. in Clinical Health Studies/Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Our Ipswich High School French students recently returned from an unforgettable trip to France, where they explored Paris, Normandy, and beautiful French chateaus while representing Ipswich with pride. Along the way, they built lifelong memories, deepened their understanding of French culture and history, and made our community proud abroad. The Ipswich Education Foundation is honored to have helped support this incredible experience for our students.

The Teen Center is a place for Ipswich middle school students to go to and has become especially important for students who don't participate in extracurriculars after school. It's been growing, and we're proud to support it with a grant that will help fund workshops and snacks for students.

Digital arts students at the high school visited the art studio of renowned photographer Lou Jones. They met Lou, viewed his artwork, saw how a photo studio functions, and what it's like to run a small business as a professional photographer.
