Coachella Valley Rescue Mission Since 1971, Coachella Valley Rescue Mission has been an oasis & a place of refuge for the displaced and needy in our valley. Core Program Purposes

1.

Vision Statement

As ministers of reconciliation, we are to facilitate the reconciliation of men and women to God, to themselves, and to society. Those in need of recovery due to loss of job, home, health, emotional, mental or spiritual support, or physical or substance abuse find themselves drawn to our ministry. We are to facilitate that reconciliation through the available means of this Mission, i.e. food, clothing, shelter, counseling and discipleship. Through these modalities we pave the way for them to be reconciled. Continue the work of Jesus Christ through evangelism, discipleship, and serving the spiritual and physical needs of the disadvantaged.
2. Provide for the emergency needs of the impoverished and destitute of the Coachella Valley through shelter and food services, rehabilitation programs, spiritually-based counseling, education, job skills, and transitional living.
3. Inform and involve the public in caring for the needy.

💙 Faith, Fellowship & Community Outreach in Action! 🙏

Friday – Trinity Baptist Church | Indio

Our CVRM Street Outreach Team joined Trinity Baptist Church for our biweekly outreach collaboration, bringing essential services, compassion, and hope to individuals experiencing homelessness in our community.

🙏 Trinity Baptist Church provided warm meals and fellowship, while our CVRM team offered clothing, food, water, hygiene supplies, and access to our mobile shower unit. Six individuals were able to enjoy a refreshing shower, providing comfort, dignity, and a renewed sense of well-being.

Our team also canvassed the surrounding area, connecting individuals with available resources and providing transportation to those wishing to access shower services. Throughout the event, guests learned about CVRM's emergency shelter, recovery programs, housing assistance, and opportunities for long-term stability.

❤️ More Than a Meal. More Than a Shower. A Chance for a New Beginning.

We are grateful to Trinity Baptist Church for its continued partnership and dedication to serving our neighbors in need. Together, we are making a meaningful difference through faith, compassion, and community collaboration!

🙏 Our Mission:
"To serve those in need by sharing the saving grace of Jesus Christ through the provision of food, shelter, clothing, and spiritual recovery."

💙 Every act of kindness matters, and every life deserves hope!

💙 CVRM STREET OUTREACH | Bringing Hope to Our Communities! 💙

Our CVRM Street Outreach Team continues to make a difference throughout the Coachella Valley, meeting individuals experiencing homelessness where they are and offering essential resources, compassion, and hope.

📍 Wednesday – Cathedral City
Our team assisted 20 individuals, providing Grace2Go bags, food, water, clothing, hygiene supplies, and other necessities. Beyond these essential items, the team took time to listen, build relationships, and share information about CVRM’s emergency shelter, programs, and services.

Sometimes, something as simple as a cold bottle of water, a kind word, or a meaningful conversation can make someone's day a little brighter. 💙

📍 Thursday – Desert Hot Springs & Thousand Palms
Our team connected with 12 individuals, distributing essential supplies while offering encouragement, sharing available resources, and discussing opportunities for recovery, shelter, and long-term stability.

Every encounter is an opportunity to build trust, restore hope, and remind individuals that they are not forgotten and that positive change is possible.

❤️ 32 Individuals Reached. Two Days. Countless Moments of Compassion.

Street outreach is about more than providing necessities. It's about showing up consistently, treating every individual with dignity and respect, and building relationships that can open doors to lasting transformation.

🙏 Our Mission:
"To serve those in need by sharing the saving grace of Jesus Christ through the provision of food, shelter, clothing, and spiritual recovery."

Together, we are bringing hope, one person and one community at a time! 💙
