Get creative with The Arc of Indiana County! Join us at Wheeler Creative Studio in the Indiana Mall for a fun, hands-on crafting experience for individuals with disabilities and autism. Create your own beautiful resin suncatcher to keep or gift to someone special! ❄️⛄❤️☘️

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with us at the Trick or Treat in the Park event hosted by the Armstrong-Indiana-Clarion Drug and Alcohol Commission ! We loved seeing all the creative costumes, smiling faces, and Halloween spirit throughout the evening. It was a wonderful turnout! 🎃

SAVE THE DATE!

Please save the date for our Annual First Responder Meet & Greet on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, from 5:00–7:00 PM at the West Kittanning Fire Hall.

This special event is appropriate for all ages and provides individuals with intellectual disabilities/autism, their families, and caregivers the opportunity to meet local law enforcement, firefighters, and first responders in a fun, welcoming, non-emergency setting. Plus, enjoy a free dinner!

The Arc of Indiana County is hiring a full-time Program Coordinator, and we’re excited to welcome a new team member! Applications open October 1.

🤝 Our Program Coordinator will help plan, deliver, and grow our community programs; coordinate events and volunteers; build community partnerships; and support fundraising efforts. From health and wellness activities to community outreach and inclusive events, your work will help bring The Arc’s mission to life!
$20.50 per hour
37.5 hours per week

Last night, Arc staff attended a Business After Hours event hosted by Romeo's Pizzeria & Mediterranean Kitchen and hello Personal Concierge Services at J & H Lodge! 🎉

It was a wonderful opportunity to connect and network with other local businesses and community members, enjoy some delicious food, and even treat ourselves to a relaxing reflexology hand massage (Roberta Lenevich, Certified Reflexologist)! 💆‍♀️🍕
