We know that as we've grown and made changes this year, it has become harder to get into all of our markets. But that doesn't mean your child can't continue growing their business elsewhere!

A Note to Our Community ❤️

This week marks a big change for our organization: As many of you know, families are now required to pre-register for events and markets instead of simply showing up this summer.

We know this change has been frustrating for some families. We've been sharing information about it for the past two months, but transitions like this are never easy.

The reality is that we've grown. The systems that worked when we were smaller no longer work at the size we are today. While we're still making adjustments and improving the process, these changes are necessary to help us serve more families and create a better experience for everyone. And these changes were made after a lot of input from our community and a lot of thought and discussion from our board members.

One thing we'd like to ask for is kindness.

We are still 100% volunteer run. Every person answering questions, processing registrations, and helping families is a volunteer. They're doing their best to support this community because they believe in what we're building for kids.

If you see challenges, we welcome constructive feedback. But better yet, we'd love your help. Organizations like ours thrive when community members step up to volunteer, share their expertise, and get involved.

Thank you to everyone who has shown patience, grace, and support as we navigate these growing pains. We're committed to learning, improving, and continuing to create opportunities for local kids.
