Welcome to Heroes Among Us, a nonprofit dedicated to recognizing and supporting the unsung heroes and children in our communities. We believe that heroism comes in many forms - from educators and healthcare workers to volunteers and everyday individuals wanting to make a difference and improve. Our mission is to identify, celebrate, and assist these extraordinary people with the resources they need.
Recognition: Spotlighting local heroes through awards, nominations, special needs, public acknowledgment, or any other means used to identify those in need.
Support: Providing financial aid, resources, and networking opportunities.
Community Engagement: Organizing events, fundraisers and programs that foster a culture of appreciation and support for those in need.
