Some enjoy the lake from the bow. Some prefer the best seat on the pontoon. Some supervise the fishing rods. And some are just here for the breeze, the snacks, and making sure no goose goes unnoticed. ๐Ÿ˜„

We love seeing the pets of Lake Sinissippi out enjoying the water, the shoreline, and the good life right alongside their humans.

This weekend gives us a pretty good lake setup: Friday looks like the best start, Saturday is warm but radar-aware, and Sunday brings a cooler, breezier finish.

Here is a helpful tool for anyone who likes watching water levels, weather impacts, river conditions, or what is happening near the Hustisford Dam area.

What a great first Lake Sinissippi Association Cash for Carp Tournament!

Thank you to everyone who came out, registered, fished, helped at check-in, weighed fish, counted carp fry, and made the day a success. We loved seeing so many people involved โ€” especially the young anglers getting right in the middle of the action.

Here are the final results:

๐Ÿšค Lake Sinissippi boating season is officially calling.

Around here, boats come in all shapes and sizes โ€” pontoons, fishing boats, ski boats, kayaks, paddle boats, and the occasional โ€œIโ€™m not sure what that is, but it floatsโ€ situation. ๐Ÿ˜„

That is part of what makes Lake Sinissippi such a great place to spend the season. Whether you are cruising to the sandbar, pulling skiers, sneaking out for a quiet fishing run, or just putting around with no real destination, there is room for everyone to enjoy the water.

Reminder: the LSA Cash for Carp Tournament is coming up this weekend.

๐Ÿ•– Tournament: 7:00 AMโ€“3:00 PM
๐Ÿ“ Register: Neider Park in Hustisford before competing
๐Ÿ’ต No entry fee to participate

Participants may use any legal means to harvest carp between the Hustisford Dam and the Horicon Dam, including Lake Sinissippi and the Rock River.

Only carp harvested on June 7, 2026 and registered by 3:00 PM at Neider Park will count.

Please review the official rules in the image before participating.
