Horicon Phoenix Program A Group committed to making Horicon and Dodge County, WI a better place to live! The mission of the Horicon Phoenix Program, Ltd.

Is to support our local businesses, civic organizations and environment with a special emphasis on respect, sustainability, friendship, and the benefits of living life locally. The Horicon Phoenix Program seeks to strengthen our community by providing direct grants to small businesses and organizations that have a positive impact on the Greater Horicon Area, and recognition to those civic leaders who have worked so hard to make Horicon a viable, thriving community. We promote many events year-round to bring our community together. These include: our baby pantry, farmers market, disc golf course, summer concerts in the park, and much more. We also strive to find ways to improve our community by raising funds to put in bike paths and a disc golf tournament, renovate buildings, install ice rinks, little libraries, and put in new playground equipment. Our goal is simple: Horicon is a great place to live! And we want to make sure it stays that way.

"A Visit to Lake Misery"
This year, Haunted History Tours invites you to step into a 70‑year journey through women’s mental‑health history, spanning from the 1870s to the 1940s. A Visit to Lake Misery explores how expectations, medical beliefs, and societal fears shaped the lives of women across generations.

Advance Tickets: $15.00
At the Door: $18.00

Tours are approximately 60-70 minutes in length.

Fridays:
Tours start at 6:00 PM
Final tour departs at 9:40 PM.

Saturdays:
Tours start at 5:30 PM
Final tour departs at 9:30 PM.

The Horicon Phoenix Program LLC is proud to announce the installation of three newly built Little Libraries in Horicon’s Whitty Park, Bowling Green Park and River Bend Park. They were constructed and installed by local Eagle Scout candidate Kaleb Monroe!
