Horicon Phoenix Program

Horicon Phoenix Program A Group committed to making Horicon and Dodge County, WI a better place to live! The mission of the Horicon Phoenix Program, Ltd.

Is to support our local businesses, civic organizations and environment with a special emphasis on respect, sustainability, friendship, and the benefits of living life locally. The Horicon Phoenix Program seeks to strengthen our community by providing direct grants to small businesses and organizations that have a positive impact on the Greater Horicon Area, and recognition to those civic leaders

who have worked so hard to make Horicon a viable, thriving community. We promote many events year-round to bring our community together. These include: our baby pantry, farmers market, disc golf course, summer concerts in the park, and much more. We also strive to find ways to improve our community by raising funds to put in bike paths and a disc golf tournament, renovate buildings, install ice rinks, little libraries, and put in new playground equipment. Our goal is simple: Horicon is a great place to live! And we want to make sure it stays that way.

It's a gorgeous day in Horicon come to the Farmers Market. Lots of asparagus and rhubarb. Horicon FFA is selling plants, veggies, and herbs grown in the school greenhouse. Homeschoolers have some delicious jam! And Buzz is back with his honey and antlers.

Hey Music at the Market Concert Go'ers 🤩

Our first Summer Concert is right around the corner and we can't wait to see all of your beautiful faces! 😍
🎟️
We received a suggestion on changing the way we do our 50/50 Raffle each week and we wanted to see what everyone thinks. 💡

As you know, each week we do a 50/50 Raffle to raise money to support HPP and the Horicon Phoenix Program Baby Pantry. Half of the pot goes to the babies and the other half goes to the winner. 💰

It was suggested that it may be more fun to spread the winnings out to 2-3 lucky winners, instead of just 1.

We love the idea of spreading the wealth, but wanted to see what everyone thinks. Let us know!

We’ve been getting a lot of calls about our Senior Farmers’ Market Vouchers, and we’re excited to share that our distribution dates have officially been finalized! 🌽🍅🥕

The Senior Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) helps eligible older adults stretch their food dollars by providing vouchers to purchase fresh, Wisconsin-grown fruits, vegetables, and herbs at participating farmers’ markets and roadside stands.

To qualify, you must:
✔️ Be age 60 or older (Native American individuals age 55+ qualify)
✔️ Live in Dodge County
✔️ Meet income guidelines (at or below 185% of the federal poverty level)

Each eligible participant will receive $25 in vouchers.

Vouchers will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis at locations throughout Dodge County. If vouchers run out at a location, a waiting list will be created in case additional vouchers become available later.

Can’t attend in person? An Authorized Representative may pick up vouchers for you with a completed Eligibility Agreement Form.

Please note:
📌 Vouchers cannot be mailed
📌 Vouchers must be used by October 31, 2026

Distribution dates and locations are listed below ⬇️
