The Horicon Phoenix Program Baby Pantry is located at Emmanuel United Methodist Church Education Building and serves financially disadvantaged parents in the Dodge County area. The purpose of this program is to make sure parents have quality supplies to take care of their children. When a parent comes in, we give them enough diapers, wipes, and formula to make it through about a week. We also carr

y a limited selection of adult hygiene products, formula, baby food, clothes and baby gear. There is no cost for items taken from the Baby Pantry. We are located at the Horicon Phoenix Program Main Office at 319 E Lake Street on the lower level in Horicon, WI, and are open every Monday, 4-6 pm, or by appointment. Due to the heat and no air conditioning, the baby pantry will be only by appointment tomorrow from 10-1. Please call or message us if you need diapers and we will do our best to accommodate!
