Mark Westendorf faithfully delivered UPS packages for 31 years to our community, and when he retired he thought long and hard about where he would like to give back. The foundation was excited to hand a grant check for $1000 to Horicon Elementary Principal Lisa Sawyer and Assistant Principal Cynthia Borgstrom yesterday.
