🌟 **We Need 3 More Volunteers for Just Like Me VBS!** 🌟

Our **Just Like Me VBS** at **St. Paul UMC Hurst** is almost here, and we're looking for **3 more volunteers** to help make next week an amazing experience for our children!

📅 **Next Week**
⏰ **9:30 AM – 12:00 PM**

We are currently seeking volunteers for the following roles:

📖 **Storyteller** – Bring our Bible stories to life in a fun and engaging way.

🎵🏃 **Music/Recreation Lead** – Lead children in songs, games, and activities that keep them moving, learning, and having fun.

⭐ **VBS Student Leader** – Help guide a group of children through their daily VBS activities and encourage them throughout the week.

Volunteers are a vital part of making VBS a success, and we'd love to have you join us as we help children learn that they are loved by God—just as they are!

**Please note:** All volunteers must be **Ministry Safe certified** (or willing to complete the Ministry Safe training process before VBS) in order to serve.

June 8–11
9:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Kids are invited to a fun-filled week of Bible stories, music, games, crafts, hands-on activities, and new friendships as we grow together in faith and community!

Throughout the week, children will learn about courage, generosity, kindness, speaking up, and caring for others through engaging lessons and interactive experiences designed just for them.

Many of us know the temptation to pull back from community whether from shame, hardship, or a quiet loneliness we can't quite name. And yet, it's often in those very moments that we need one another the most.
This Sunday, we'll explore that tension together. We'll look at a church in Scripture that wrestled with the same impulse to withdraw, and we'll sit with the encouraging words the author of Hebrews offers- a gentle but compelling call to lean in to one another rather than away.
