With support from the Townwide Fund of Huntington, girls from families in need in our community enjoyed a summer filled with friendship, fun, adventure and lasting memories.

We are so proud to support our friends at North Shore Holiday House and help make these meaningful experiences possible. Every child deserves the chance to simply be a kid, build friendships, explore, and enjoy a summer filled with joy.

We’re grateful to be part of making that possible for girls who might not otherwise have the opportunity. 💙

The Townwide Fund of Huntington is proud to support the Huntington YMCA and its summer camp programs, giving in-need children in our community a summer filled with friendship, fun, learning, adventure and plenty of smiles.

We love knowing that our support helps create opportunities for children to experience the joy of camp, build confidence, make new friends and enjoy a summer they’ll always remember.

We are incredibly proud to partner with the Huntington YMCA and grateful to everyone who helps make these meaningful experiences possible for our community.

Last week, our community gathered at Stonebridge Country Club for the Corey’s Promise Golf Dinner where family, friends, and supporters came together to honor the life of Corey and the promise he left behind. 💛

At just 21 years old, Corey—a talented baseball player drafted by the Philadelphia Phillies organization—lost his courageous battle with pediatric cancer. Through his unwavering faith and the words, “God Has Me,” Corey inspired everyone around him. His promise was simple yet profound: to help children and families facing pediatric cancer so they never have to walk their journey alone. 🙏

Today, Corey’s Promise continues to fulfill that mission, providing hope, comfort, and support to families when they need it most. 💛

The Townwide Fund is honored to support this extraordinary family-run organization and the remarkable legacy Corey’s family continues to build in his memory. TWF Board members Therese Mora, Susan Lyons, and Cindy Awan were proud to attend alongside Executive Director, Alice Marie Rorke.

It was a beautiful and emotional evening celebrating faith, compassion, and the lasting impact one remarkable young man continues to have on so many lives. ✨

There is nothing more powerful than a community that comes together to create opportunities and joyful memories for its children. ❤️⚾

The Townwide Fund of Huntington extends our deepest gratitude to Canon U.S.A. for their incredible generosity in donating 100 tickets to the New York Yankees game for local children and families from youth organizations that are beneficiaries of Townwide Fund grants. 🎉

We were proud to provide the transportation and parking, ensuring these deserving children and their families could simply enjoy a memorable evening together at Yankee Stadium. Experiences like this go far beyond a baseball game—they create smiles, strengthen family bonds, and remind our neighbors that they are supported by a caring community. 💙

A very special thank you to Michelle Burnham, Youth Project Director of the Huntington Youth Bureau, for her dedication and hard work coordinating the tickets and helping make this wonderful evening possible. 👏🌟

The Townwide Fund is proud to support Corey’s Promise, an organization helping families navigate the overwhelming financial challenges that can come with a child’s cancer diagnosis and treatment. ❤️

Through our grant funding, Corey’s Promise is able to help identified families with essential expenses such as travel, medications, chemotherapy treatments, food, accommodations near hospitals, and co-payments—allowing families to focus more of their energy on what matters most: their child. 🎗️💛

We’re honored to help Corey’s Promise continue providing meaningful support to families during an incredibly difficult time. Together, we can make sure no family has to face these challenges alone. 🤝

The Townwide Fund Grants Committee has officially begun the important work of reviewing this year’s grant applications. We are deeply grateful to our dedicated volunteer board members who generously give their time and expertise to ensure this process is fair, thoughtful, and impactful. 👏
