Thank you to for hosting another great Volunteer Fair 🤍❤️ This year we brought outlined ceiling tiles for the students to help paint so they could get an idea of how they can get involved with volunteering with us! Thank you to John and Carol for directing the students and getting them involved 🥰🌈

Camp Good Mourning provides children’s bereavement camp programs for Long Island children, ages 7 - 17, coping with the death of a parent and/or sibling 🧡

Their overnight bereavement camp is full of games, crafts, stories, fishing and more 🐿️🏕️🖌️🏮🎣

These activities bring together children who are all currently facing the same situation and help them cope with their loss together 🧡

Arts & Crafts, Self Advocacy, Community Gardens, these are some of the many different activities the E.P.I.C Day Program offers to their community. These activities and more can be seen throughout this mural, showcasing what they stand for and how they change and impact the lives of their participants everyday. This community came together with their ideas so the mural could represent every participant, and with one look you can see exactly who they are 🌈🎨

✨ Splashes of Hope was here! 🎨

We were thrilled to welcome Splashes of Hope as they installed a vibrant new mural for Day Hab. 💙 The mural beautifully represents the many aspects of life within our Day Hab program—community, growth, creativity, independence, and joy—capturing the spirit of everything our individuals experience each day.

Founded in 1996, Splashes of Hope is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to transforming spaces through art to enrich environments and facilitate healing. This mural is more than paint on a wall; it’s a reflection of life, hope, and connection. 🌈
