When Susie was diagnosed with breast cancer, not once, but twice, her focus should have been on healing—not worrying about how she would pay for groceries, gas, rent, utilities, or other everyday expenses. Unfortunately, for many women facing treatment, those financial burdens become an overwhelming reality.

That’s where Breast Cancer Angels steps in. Through direct financial and emotional assistance, Breast Cancer Angels helps women like Susie and their families navigate one of the most difficult times of their lives. One way to manage stress - keep a journal! Write anything that comes to mind. No one else needs to read it. So don't aim for perfect grammar or spelling. Let your thoughts flow on paper, or on the computer screen. Once you're done, you can toss out what you wrote or save it to think about later.

Wellness Reminder: It's OK to start slow. You don't need to make all these changes at one time. Once you have a plan, you can start with one change and add a new one when you're ready. Each change can improve your health.
