VASA Basketball

10/12/2026

VASA Basketball sign-ups will run through this Saturday, 10/16. We have 251 kids registered already which is awesome!

Skills Day is being scheduled now for Sunday, 10/25 from 12:30pm to 5pm. Each grade will have their own time slot in that window, and that is TBD. That will be finalized by the end of the week. This is tentative right now, but I just wanted to put it on everyone's radar.

We moved away from Saturday because everyone has kids in baseball/softball, soccer and football. For a kid to be eligible to be drafted by a coach, they must attend Skills Day. If you can't make it, don't worry, they will still be able to play and will likely be added to a team.

Hello again! Just a reminder that we have a uniform fitting this Sunday, 10/4/26 from 2-3:30pm.

Also, reusing our uniforms is being done in an effort to save families money on registration. If you get put on a team where two kids share the same number, I expect that to be resolved amicably between the parents. Someone will have to order a new uniform with a different number, or one of the kids can use tape to alter their jersey on game day.

See you Sunday!

Reminder that if you signed up prior to September 16th and would like to use your uniform from last season, we can refund you part of your registration fee. Please email [email protected] to submit that request.

❄️All January 24th games will be rescheduled.❄️

Due to the potential for winter weather, we are proactively rescheduling all games that were scheduled to take place this weekend to prioritize the safety of our athletes, coaches, refs, and families. Once rescheduling has been sorted through, coaches will be updated and information will be distributed out to parents. Thank you for your patience and partnership.

Enjoy your snow days. Stay safe & warm.
