Keep Howe Beautiful We are a chartered member of the Keep Texas Beautiful program.

Mission Statement:

The Keep Howe Beautiful mission is to educate and engage citizens of Howe to take responsibility for improving their community environment. The mission of the Keep Howe Beautiful affiliate program is to establish a standard for annual approval and recognition of the community of Howe whose ongoing litter prevention and community beautification efforts are representative of the stated general mission of Keep Texas Beautiful.

Downtown Howe will be buzzing with excitement on Monday night. Keep Howe Beautiful will be having a booth for Howe-lo-ween from 6:30 to 8:30. We are having pumpkin painting for the little ones and of course candy. if you would like to donate a bag of candy for the kids you can bring it to our booth Monday night. We have a spot across from the fire station. Thank you for your help and generosity!

After our Keep Howe Beautiful meeting last night, we broke into groups and placed flags in our flower beds around town and at Memorial Park for Armed Forces day this Saturday and for Memorial Day on the 26th.
