Howard Lake Lions Club

Howard Lake Lions Club District 5M-7 consists of all the clubs located in Anoka, Chisago, Isanti, Sherburne, Wright and a portion of Washington counties.

The Howard Lake Lions Club is a member of sub-district 5M-7, which is one of thirteen sub-districts of Multiple District 5M (MD5M) that includes all of Minnesota, Manitoba and Northwestern Ontario. District 5M7 contains over 2000 Lions and Lioness in 56 Lions Clubs and 15 Lioness Clubs.

On July 31st Lions Chris, Craig, Terry, and LaNette presented Lion Harvey Krohn with a Melvin Jones Award. He was very proud to receive it. Unfortunately Lion Harvey passed away on August 4th. Harvey was a great Lion and friend. He will truly be missed by all of us.

What an awesome evening, delicious food and great music.
Thank you to all our donors, American Pressure and Josiah Hagemann for providing the steamer for the corn, North Fork Custom Meats for donating the hamburger buns, Untiedt's for donating the sweet corn, and to the band RIZE for the wonderful music.
And a special thank you to everyone who attended and made our fundraiser a success.

We had members of the Wright County 4H at our meeting last night. We presented them with a donation from our Good Neighbor Days breakfast.
