This past weekend, we joined hands and hearts with the community for a triple celebration honoring Buddha Day, Mother’s Day, and Tzu Chi Day. 💐🙏❤️

This year’s gathering carried special meaning, too, as we also celebrated Tzu Chi’s 60th Anniversary, marking six decades of compassion, humanitarian relief, and service.

Families, volunteers, and neighbors gathered in gratitude to offer prayers for peace and reflect on the spirit of kindness and unity that connects us all. And indeed, throughout the celebration, moments of reflection and heartfelt appreciation abounded, filling the air with warmth and sincerity. May there be peace in our hearts, and blessings for all beings.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this meaningful occasion truly memorable!

✨ May the Light of Great Love Warm Every Heart ✨

As the holiday season fills the air with warmth, the Tzu Chi Southern Region family wishes you a season of peace and reflection.

While the traditions may vary, the spirit of Christmas—giving, compassion, and kindness—resonates deeply with our mission of Great Love (Da Ai). This year, let us be the "candles" that light up the dark corners of our community, offering a helping hand to those in need.

May your heart be filled with joy, your home with peace, and your life with the blessing of giving. 💙

🎁 Our Wish for You:

Peace in every step.
Joy in every deed.
Gratitude in every moment.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from all of us at Tzu Chi! 🎄🙏

H-E-B is a retail partner to Houston Food Bank and has an active, year-round hunger relief program. Each year, they host Feast of Sharing - which Houston Food Bank is a supporter of.

Feast of Sharing is a series of festive gatherings that serve more than 340,000 meals at 34 dinners throughout Texas and Mexico. Filled with food, music, and good cheer, these free holiday feasts are open to the public and bring together family, friends and neighbors. Launched in 1989, Feast of Sharing gives H-E-B an opportunity to give thanks to its loyal customers and invites everyone to their holiday dinner table. In the more than three decades H-E-B has held the celebrations, volunteers have helped serve more than five million meals.

This year's Feast of Sharing in Houston will be on Saturday, December 13th from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm at NRG.
