Spring Creek Community Center Your hub for events, local businesses & community spirit in Spring Creek, NC! ⛰️

Stay connected, explore the beauty of our town & support local.

Follow for updates & ways to get involved! During the 1920’s local farmers donated the land, hauled the rock and supplied the labor to construct the school. The first graduation class was 1930. Due to consolidation of the Madison County Schools this building was abandoned in 1989. In March of 1999 a group of local citizen volunteers organized the Spring Creek Community Center Board. Their goal is to restore the stone building and attract needed resources to strengthen the community economy and identity. Ideally, the old school will become a new active community center providing a place for all ages to learn, socialize, and obtain some local employment to help preserve our rural heritage and family farms.

Don’t forget! Mindful Flow Yoga this Sunday, Oct 11th from 9:30AM - 10:30AM at Just Be Wellness Collective in the Spring Creek Community Center (Suite 2).

A rainy day is perfect for the self care offered by a thoughtful yoga class ☔

Try to arrive ~5-10 minutes early so we can start at 9:30 🧘‍♀️

Bring a mat & water bottle (mats are available to borrow if needed).

Sliding scale $5 - $15. Cash or payment app (e.g. Venmo) accepted.

It’ll be fun and beginner-friendly. All are welcome 🥰

See you there!

🙏 Heather

P.S. if you haven’t been to Just Be Wellness Collective in the Spring Creek Community Center yet, enter the doors on the left side of the building (right next to Dave’s), once inside go through the 2nd set of double doors, and make a left and walk down the hallway. I’ll have the door open until class starts.
