Our Kupuna Paws ʻohana recently said goodbye to Rocky, a beloved 10-year-old companion who passed away overnight at home.
Kupuna Paws was able to use our emergency support fund to help arrange his aftercare so his ashes could be returned home. His dedicated volunteer drove over right away to stay with his guardian while she waited for Rocky to be picked up by a kind-hearted team member.
We are grateful to have known Rocky in his final year and to have helped make that chapter brighter through his favorite regular walks, new friends, grooming visits, rides to vet appointments when he needed care, and the love and support from his dedicated volunteer. Rocky was a sweet, quiet boy who was always excited for his walks, always greeting his friends with a wagging tail. We are honored to have been part of his story.
