Next up for Hawaii Running Project 🤙
🏁 Honolulu Marathon Training Series
🏃🏻‍♂️‍➡️ Sunday 6 am at the Queen Kapiolani Statue near the bandstand in Kapiolani Park for a 14 mile run to Waialae Iki.
🚗 park at the Waikiki Shell or nearby street parking
😎 arrive 10 to 15 minutes early so you can get ready to run. We start at 6!
💪 remember to bring water and calories/electrolytes so you can practice taking them in at regular intervals.
🚫 if you are not running the marathon, please join us for a shorter training run that fits your schedule. Turn around early at this out and back run.
🧨 Tuesday TNT interval run starts 6 pm at lifeguard tower 1E in Ala Moana Beach Park
