💪 Core Stability for Prostate Cancer Survivors!

Join us Friday, September 25th from 9:30–10:15 A.M. in Homewood for a supportive movement program designed to help men rebuild strength, stability, confidence, and pelvic health after prostate cancer treatment.

Whether you’re post-surgery, post-radiation, or continuing your recovery, this program offers a safe and structured way to reconnect with your body and build strength.
