Fun weekly fact
Gluten is found in alot of things not just food
We have to watch personal hygiene, laundry soaps, etc we didnt know this either we had to learn the hard way and through research
We would love to help others learn about celiac and what to watch for 💚

Sausage egg and cheese muffins for our easy out the door breakfast
Plop them in a baggie come morning put one in the microwave and out the door we go
