Join Bread & Boards for a fun, hands-on class where you'll learn how to create a beautiful and delicious charcuterie board. You'll discover simple techniques for arranging meats, cheeses, fruits, crackers, and spreads to create a board that looks impressive and is easy to recreate at home.

This class is designed to be family-friendly and is perfect for moms, daughters, friends, or family members who want to create together and enjoy a fun shared experience. Adults must accompany children during the class.

CALL TO ARTISTS! Sign up for the CHEESE FEST- CHEESY ART CONTEST!
SATURDAY, JUNE 20, 2026 - AUGUST 31, 2026

The Holmen Area Community Center (HACC) announces a call to artists of all ages for the ‘Cheese Fest - Cheesy Art Contest" from June 20th - August 31st This contest is part of HACC’s Holmen Cheese Fest, June 20, 2026.

Let your creative cheesy juices flow! Artists can submit 1-2 original two-dimensional or three-dimensional artworks depicting and/or interpreting cheese in all mediums. Entries will be judged by a judge as well as the public. All submissions will be on display at HACC from June 20th- August 31st, 2026.

Art Drop Off: You must turn in your art on or before 4 pm on Wednesday, June 17th

Pick Up: Work must be picked up from Tuesday, September 1st- Friday, September 4th

There is no cost to enter. Up to two entries per person.

We have a gooey mac and cheese contest, craft, art and vendor market, cheesy art contest, wine draw, raffles, silent auction and more.

On Monday, June 1, the Holmen Area Historical Society will screen the award winning 2022 documentary, Dear Sirs. Director Mark Pedri shares his bicycle trip through Europe retracing his grandfather’s steps as a prisoner of war, seeking to understand the man and the intergenerational impact of war.
