Scandinavian Holiday Cookie Magic: Rosettes & Krumkake
Step into the cozy world of traditional Scandinavian baking! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll master the art of crafting two of Norway and Sweden’s most beloved, delicate holiday treats: paper-thin, rolled Krumkake and light-as-air, deep-fried Rosettes.

Guided step-by-step, you’ll learn the secrets to mixing classic cardamom-spiced batters, heating and dipping rosette irons, pressing and rolling hot krumkake cones, and troubleshooting common baking mishaps. By the end of class, you’ll walk away with the confidence, recipes, and a baker’s dozen of your own golden, crisp creations to show for it! Instructor: Laura Liudahl

Class Details & Registration
Important: Pre-registration is required. Due to hot irons, open oil, and the intimate group size, walk-ins cannot be accepted. Reserve your spot early before seats sell out!

Eligibility: Adults only (18+)
Class Size: Strictly limited to 8 participants to ensure maximum hands-on time and individual guidance at every station.
Cost: $45 for members, $50 for non-members
