VOLUNTEER SIGN-UPS for Saturday, October 24th, 2026

It's the Playoff Time and the last opportunity to get your volunteer time done! There are two games. The first is JV Tackle Holly vs. Flushing Black at 10am. The second, we will be hosting two Flushing Freshman Teams (Black vs. Orange), playing one another at Noon. We need to fill volunteer spots for both games.

Please pay attention to which game slot you are signing up for. Don't sign up for a job outside the field view during your player's game. You leave the entire program scrambling to find a replacement. Remember, WE WILL NOT START THE GAMES UNTIL ALL ON FIELD VOLUNTEER SPOTS ARE FILLED.

If signing up for the Gate Attendant slot for this week's games, please pay attention to the times. We need to have those volunteers come in earlier due to people arriving at the games. The second game set of volunteers for the Gate Attendant slots are also coming in earlier so the first isn't too long. ALL SLOTS ONLY COUNT AS A SINGLE VOLUNTEER SIGNUP, REGARDLESS OF LENGTH OF TIME VOLUNTEERING.

There will be pen and paper sign in sheets to keep better track of everyone's volunteering. They will be located as follows:

Gate Attendant - in ticket office
50/50, Concessions - in concessions stand
Spirit Wear - at spirit wear tables
Scoreboard(tackle), Announcer, Field Spotter - in Press box
Chain Gang - field entrance gate on HOME side (I will be meeting you there at volunteer start time and will get you set up at those positions).

Please reach out to me if you have questions. Go Stampede!
