We were very excited to open up our new playground at Holliday Elementary this morning! Lots of excited faces ready to play on the new equipment! HERO!

One aim of the Holliday Education Foundation is to equip Holliday ISD with the latest technology to use as tools in the classroom. Promethean Boards are interactive displays, allowing teachers and students to interact with content using their fingers or a pen.

Over the past year, HEF has applied for several grants from area foundations to assist in this aim. Then, a portion of the live auction at our annual fundraiser was dedicated to this goal as well. After this effort, we are excited to report that we were able to raise a total of $51,650.00!!

This is an ongoing goal, with the ultimate goal being to equip EVERY classroom at Holliday ISD with one of these boards and the latest technology. If you are interested in partnering with us, please visit https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/donation-form/fund-the-need to donate.

Over $65,000 was raised at our first ever fundraiser for Holliday Education Foundation!

We want to take a moment to thank everyone who had a hand in making this event possible: from the Event Committee, to the generous sponsors and donors, and everyone who attended and made this event such a success!!! Can't wait to do it again next year!!!
