Hillsdale CASA is a nonprofit organization made up of volunteers who work with children in foster care and advocate for their best interests in court.

Their goal for The Great Give this year is to raise $10,000! Your donation supports their mission of providing consistency for children in foster care and giving a voice to the voiceless in court.

Early Giving begins November 9! Donate on our website, stop by the Foundation, or drop off your gift at the HUB on December 1, the day of The Great Give!

The history of CASA!

1977- CASA is born in Seattle, WA
1979- Kalamazoo CASA opens its doors
1982- National CASA association is established
1989- Michigan CASA is established in Grand Rapids
1997- Congress recognizes CASA into US Law
2020- Michigan CASA becomes part of the state budget
2026- Battle Creek becomes the 30th program opened in the state.

Did you know? Hillsdale CASA was established in 2014 and we still have one active volunteer from that first class, 12 years later!
