2016 HD Road glide

Customer stated - bike won't start
Seems to be issues with the security system. Check the battery on the motorcycle putting out perfect amps , checked battery on key fob dead buried in the green side of the tester .

Anyone have any clues of this vicious cycle I'm traveling down ??
