We're set up at Savor High Point today, and we've brought a little adventure with us.

So, come find the Role Player table, pick a hero, and jump into a 5-to-10 minute Daggerheart adventure.

Never played a tabletop RPG before? Perfect. You don't need to know the rules. Just choose a character, roll the dice, and tell us what you do.

And when your adventure is over... PLAY. FOLLOW. LOOT.

Follow Role Player on Facebook, roll our giant D20, and open the Treasure Chest to claim your reward. Roll a 20? You found RARE LOOT.

We'll also have information about what we're doing in the community, including our F.A.B.L.E. program, and ways you can get involved.

Ready for a new bite-sized adventure?

This weekend, Role Player is bringing tabletop magic to Savor High Point! Between tasting all the amazing local food and drinks, step up to our booth and jump into a 5-to-10-minute tabletop RPG micro-adventure. (Playing Daggerheart.)

No experience, dice, or rulebooks required; just bring your imagination! You’ll choose from one of our six pre-generated heroes (like Speck the Goblin Druid or Aldabra the Galapa Bard), roll the dice to generate a totally random scenario, and work together to save the day before your food gets cold.

The best part? Every hero deserves a reward! We’ll be giving away prizes right after your adventure ends.

Come say hi, roll some dice, and experience how we use collaborative storytelling to build creativity and community.

OPENING NIGHT WAS INCREDIBLE. NOW, WE RIDE AGAIN.

Last night, the wagon officially hit the trail, and it was EVERYTHING that we hoped it would be.

The energy in the room was electric, the audience was loud, the family names were ridiculous, the final votes were absolutely ruthless, and the cast left everything on the stage.

Seeing our very first full theatrical production connect with a live audience was a milestone we will never forget. Thank you to everyone who showed up and made it so special.

But the best part about The Trail to Oregon!?

Because the audience is in control, tonight is going to be a completely different show. New names, new choices, new chaos.

TONIGHT. WE OPEN.

For months, The Trail to Oregon! has been rehearsals, late nights, costumes, props, spreadsheets, problem-solving, laughter, panic, and an absolutely ridiculous amount of work.

And now... IT'S OPENING NIGHT.

Tonight, the family gets on the trail; tonight, the audience gets to name them; tonight, you get to decide who dies.

And tonight, Role Player presents its very first full theatrical production.

This is the first show we have ever produced, and seeing these people up there in these costumes, on this stage, doing the thing that we've spent months building together is something we are never going to forget.

We am incredibly proud of this cast. And we are so excited for you to finally see what we've been making.

THE VOTE TO DIE CONTEST UPDATE!

Things are getting VERY close.

Mother and Daughter are tied for 1st, with Grandpa right behind them, followed by Son. Father is currently in 5th by the slimmest of margins.

And there are only 10 votes separating first from last. So yeah. Anybody can still die. Every ticket purchased with a cast member's discount code counts toward that character's death vote.

The Trail to Oregon! is a ridiculous, raunchy, audience-driven musical comedy coming to the Starr Theatre in Downtown Greensboro... and YOU get a say in how the story ends.

Every ticket includes a free vote for the family member you want to see survive.
