The fair will include live cooking demonstrations and opportunities to connect with resources across High Point. These resources encompass mental and physical health, oral health, dietary support, senior medication care, and more! Free flu shots will be available for a limited time! 👩🏾‍⚕️💉

A little bit of a peacemaker, a whole lot of a family man, and always ready to make a difference! When he’s not serving our community, you might find him cheering on his favorite football team (the Carolina Panthers) or spending time with family. 🐾

He believes in second chances, the power of community, and ensuring everyone has a chance to thrive. We’re proud to have Chris leading the way! ♥️

Just over a year ago, I started my journey at The Bridge as Operations Manager. While I had an idea of what to expect working at a nonprofit, I never imagined how deeply I would fall in love with this "job." It wasn't just the role I grew to cherish; it was also the community's history, its people, and the dedicated nonprofit organizations. I've been so grateful for the incredible opportunities to grow, both as a compassionate individual and professionally. Did you know? 🤔 A Simple Gesture makes donating food to local pantries easy! They come to you! Simply leave your donations on your porch.

Learn how: ⬇
1. Fill one of our green bags with nonperishable food.
2. Put it on your porch on the pickup day.
3. A volunteer will pick up your green bag, leave you an empty bag to fill for the next time, and deliver your food donation to the food pantry.

Last year, the generous green bag food donors gave 369,637 pounds of nonperishable food for local food pantries! 💚 Join more than 1,400 other Greater High Point residents who fill their green bags.
