🐴Last night we hosted our last event of the school year, Ag Olympics!
🏁We had a BLAST playing all of the different games.

🔵Our FFA Members have had a phenomenal year and tonight we got to celebrate all of their success at our annual banquet.
🟡This “ending” to our FFA year is short lived and just means our “new” year is just beginning.

💛On Friday a few of our officers went and visited the 3rd graders at St. George School.
💙They presented a lesson on soils and read them a book about seasons on the farm!

‼️With the town wide garage sales happening in Herscher today we thought we’d set up a little self serve stand with plants we have left in the greenhouse. You’ll find it in the West side of Elm street.
🌸Stop by and grab a few things while you’re out looking at all of the garage sales. It’s a self serve stand, prices are on the posters.

Ag Students Help Beautify Downtown Herscher

On Tuesday morning, these Ag students filled the downtown planters provided by the Herscher Chamber of Commerce.

Pictured above from left are Daniela P., Rowen D., Riley G., Tyler E., and Taylor F.

According to their instructor, Katlyn Post, “The horticulture class is primarily involved in this project. Our students have been working hard this semester in the greenhouse, and with this partnership, our students get to plant these and see them grow right in our own community. The money raised from this goes directly back to the greenhouse and helps the horticulture class gain hands-on experience!”

🟡Our section members were recognized and we had an amazing night. Aidan got recognized for placing first in the Section 10 Job Interview CDE!
✨Congratulations to both Aidan and Pippa for being section officers this year. Aidan retired tonight from Vice President and Pippa retired from Secretary.
✨Congratulations to Evalyn Hoffman for being elected as the 2026-2027 Section 10 Sentinel!
