We invite all to come together this weekend for a free event around a difficult topic, because we are all here to walk each other home ❤️‍🩹
Crystal Soto of Crystal Clear Living will bring a healing breath work journey and her own walk with loss and grief to inform her guidance.
Lauren Noone of Rooted Free will bring in elements of ceremony.
Together they will hold space for optional sharing by attendees.
This offering was born from the recent death of our dear sister in the community, Kathie. She will be there in spirit, we are certain. đź•Š

This event will be followed by Ecstatic Dance for the Ancestors, which will be a wonderful way to move that energy through after the circle. Attend one or both; we're always glad to have you. If both, bring a potluck snack to share in between.
In this season of the year when the veil is thinnest, and on this day when many honor their loved ones who have passed on, we gather to do the same.
