We are so thankful for the SummerFest KY and their donation to our group. We are beyond Thankful for our community.

Thanks to our volunteers, sponsors, and attendees, the 5th Annual SummerFest with THE CRASHERS, Paralandra, Southern Sirens, and Flat Stanley Jr., presented by First Federal Savings Bank, was able to donate $12,000 to Experiencing Autism Together! Thanks to everyone involved, and we will see you next May!

1. Tell us about yourself.

My name is Kayla LaPradd. I am 35. I have been married 10 years to my best friend. We have 2 awesome beautiful children. I am a stay at home mom. I enjoy family time, cookouts, and thinking I can be a mom to any animal (🤣).

2. What do you enjoy to do?

I enjoy spending time with family and having cookouts.

3. What has been your favorite event so far?

My favorite group event well I don’t really have one my family enjoys all of them!

4. Why are you on the board?

I am on the board because assisting family’s from the group brings me joy and being able to give back.

5. What advice would you give a family navigating their life with a child or loved one with autism?

My advice to a family/ adult would be to stay strong, don’t ever give up, always fight for yourself/ child cause at the end of the day you are the one that knows yourself/child!
