The Hazlet Township Branch is hosting Wellness Screenings this November, offering a convenient opportunity to check in on some important health indicators.

Screenings will include:
- Blood pressure
- Blood sugar
❤- Blood cholesterol
- Stroke assessment
- Community health resources

No fasting required! And best of all, registration is not needed.

Join Yoga with Nicole: Flow and Spritz at the Hazlet Library for an evening of relaxation, intention-setting, and creativity!

Start with a gentle yoga flow and short meditation, then use that inspiration to create your own custom essential oil spritz to take home.
