🩺 Friday, September 18 | 1:00–4:00 PM
Free screenings for:
• Blood pressure
• Blood sugar
• Blood cholesterol
• Stroke assessment
• Community resources
Fasting is not required.

👁️ Monday, September 28 | 1:30–3:30 PM
Our mobile van will be available for free visual acuity and blood pressure screenings with nurses.
