Who Are We? 👋

**Let us introduce ourselves! 🎉

We are the HOMESTEAD Nutrition Project, housed within the NorthWest Kansas Area Agency on Aging in Hays, KS. We provide hot, ready-to-eat meals to individuals age 60 and older who are homebound. We also offer congregate dining and meal pick-up options at local nutrition sites throughout our 18-county service area.

Call us at 785-628-8824 if you are wanting to sign up for home delivered meals and you are 60 or older. We'd love to hear from you!
