Today I toured The University of Southern Mississippi- a presenting sponsor of the Miss Hospitality Program!

I had the honor of meeting University President, Dr. Paul and discuss my transfer experience and what I’m looking for in a university.

I ended the day with some of my Miss Hospitality Class of 2026 sisters! 💛🖤

A Day in the Delta!

Yesterday, I had the best time visiting the Mississippi Delta! I started the day in Greenville at the Delta Hot Tamale Festival, where I had the opportunity to ride in the parade, meet their amazing community members, and enjoy delicious tamales.

I then traveled to the Washington County Welcome Center to deliver my portrait. Two down, eleven to go!

I finished the day in Leland at the Birthplace of Kermit the Frog Museum. I learned about Jim Henson’s early life, how he got his start with the Muppets, and how he created Kermit the Frog. I also learned that he coined the term “Muppets” by combining the words marionette and puppet!

What a day! I’m so thankful for the opportunity to explore more of our great state!

Deliveries have begun!! 👏👏

Today, I kicked off the journey of delivering my official portrait to welcome centers across Mississippi, where it will be displayed for the next year! Thank you to the Itawamba County Welcome Center of for having me today!

While at the Governor’s Conference on Tourism, I had the opportunity to meet and talk with Mrs. Rochelle Hicks, Director of Visit Mississippi, about the state she proudly leads in sharing with travelers from across the globe! 💙

The MS Governors Conference on Tourism, presented by Mississippi Tourism Association!

What an honor to be able to attend the MS Tourism Association Governors Conference in Oxford as Miss Hospitality! The conference was packed with presentations from industry leaders, valuable networking with tourism and economic development professionals, and fun opportunities to explore beautiful Oxford, MS! Standing before state leaders and presenting my Mississippi Speech was the perfect way to end an incredible experience.
